Beyonce, Taylor Swift y Dua Lipa nominadas a los Grammys 2021


La entrega de premios a lo mejor de la música se llevará a cabo el próximo 31 de enero de 2021 en el Staples Center de Los Ángeles. En esta ocasión, la Recording Academy tomará en cuenta los trabajos artísticos que fueron lanzados desde el 1º de septiembre de 2019 hasta el 31 de agosto de 2020.


Entre los más nominados se encuentran Beyoncé con 9 categorías por el single "Black Parade" y Roddy Rich por los singles "The Box" y "Rockstar" mientras que con 6 categorías (incluyendo Álbum del Año) están Taylor Swift por "Folklore" y Dua Lipa con "Future Nostalgia". Además, el grupo K-pop BTS y el ex One Direction Harry Styles reciben sus primeras nominaciones: BTS por "Dynamite" y Harry por "Watermelon Sugar", "Fine Line" y el videoclip "Adore You".


Así como muchos recibieron un reconocimiento, hay algunos que apenas fueron ternados o excluidos de la lista de Álbum del Año (Lady Gaga, Fiona Apple, BTS) y otros donde ni siquiera recibieron una sola nominación como es el caso de The Weeknd que estuvo sonando a lo largo del año por "Blinding Lights" de su exitoso álbum "After Hours" lanzado en marzo y quien arremetió contra la academia en sus redes dejando en claro que tiene a su público y no necesita de ellos.
